Jako lider chapteru Data Delivery, będziesz katalizatorem zmian, wspierając i rozwijając grupę specjalistów, którzy dzielą tę samą pasję do danych, ale pracują w różnorodnych zespołach i projektach. Twoim zadaniem będzie nie tylko rozwijanie umiejętności członków Twojego chapteru, ale także współpraca z liderami w organizacji, aby wspólnie tworzyć strategie danych, które napędzają innowacje i efektywność.

Zadania, które będziesz realizować:

opiekował/a się chapterem inżynierów rozwijających warstwy danych:przede wszystkim regularnie z nimi rozmawiał/awspierał/a ich w rozwoju kompetencji zarówno tych biznesowych jak i technologicznychpomagał/a im w realizacji bieżących zadań - z naciskiem na pomagał/a, a nie robił/a za nichuczył/a ich rzeczy, których nie wiedząuczył/a się od nich tego czego Ty nie wieszplus wszystkie inne rzeczy, które mieszczą się w kategorii przełożony/a - oceny postępów, urlopy, itd. opiekował/a się procesami przetwarzania danych:rozumiał/a jakie dane są potrzebne i po co przetwarza je Twój chapterszukał/a sposobów, żeby płynęły szybciej i szerzejdbał/a o zadowolenie analityków, którzy z tych danych korzystają rozwijał/a narzędzia automatyzujące pracę koleżanek i kolegów z zespołów biznesowych:dobrze rozumiał/a co robią i po coproponował/a rozwiązania, które uproszczą procesy i/lub ułatwią im życiedbał/a o ciągły rozwój narzędzi i zadowolenie użytkownikówpilnował/a standardów tych kodowych i wizualnycha to wszystko w czasie skończonym tzn. w deklaracji terminów posługiwał/a się bardziej godzinami i dniami niż miesiącami i kwartałami wspierał/a nas w bieżących i strategicznych decyzjach dotyczących naszych danych, narzędzi i technologii (w szczególności oczekujemy od Ciebie pomysłów na usprawnienie naszego świata - zarówno tych, co da się wdrożyć, jak i tych, do których świat jeszcze nie dojrzał)

Nasze oczekiwania

masz wyższe wykształcenie: ekonomiczne, matematyczne lub informatyczne, jeśli jednak jesteś pasjonatem/tką danych i dojrzałeś/aś do tego po zakończeniu studiów, to też możemy porozmawiać masz kilkuletnie doświadczenie w opiekowaniu się zespołem, w szczególności identyfikacji talentów, rozwiązywaniu problemów, przeprowadzaniu zespołu przez zmiany umiesz i lubisz rozmawiać z ludźmi, w szczególności masz doskonale rozwinięte:zmysł słuchu - słuchasz, żeby zrozumiećaparat mowy - mówisz, żeby zostać zrozumianym, a nie uwielbianyminnymi słowy dogadasz się i z kolegą z Biznesu i z Adminem serwera lubisz się uczyć, a najwięcej się uczysz, kiedy przekazujesz wiedzę lub doświadczenie komuś innemu masz doświadczenie w technologii przetwarzania danych i projektowaniu interfejsów przełożyć wymagania biznesowe na język danych i narzędziwiesz, w jaki sposób układane i przetwarzane są dane w dużych systemach bazodanowych; potrafisz projektować takie rozwiązanianic co bazodanowe nie jest Ci obce, a SQL-em komunikujesz się swobodnie jak polskim i angielskimznasz się na technikach i narzędziach przetwarzania danych (w szczególności Python)potrafisz optymalizować i myśleć algorytmicznieczujesz wagę UX/UI umiesz opowiadać o wynikach Twojej pracy, w szczególności dostosować język i formę przekazu do odbiorcy jesteś otwarty/a na zmiany, osoby myślące inaczej niż Ty, rozwiązania niekoniecznie zgodne z Twoim punktem widzenia lubisz kształtować swoje środowisko pracy, z zamiłowania tropisz i eliminujesz nieefektywności, dbasz o jakość wyników pracy zespołu.
