Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices for payments
  • Manage accounts payable for different entities and vendors
  • Analyze invoice workflow
  • Carry out transactions and accounting tasks such as account upkeep, entry recording, and reconciliation
  • Interpret daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports and financial statements
  • Address issues in financial and operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions by the account payable team
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly closing processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate bill payments
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of procedures, policies, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficient in English and Italian
  • Minimum 1 year of previous accounting experience
  • BA / MA Degree (preferably in accounting/finance)
  • Positive attitude towards corporate communication and customer service
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment, both as a team player and independently
  • Time management and prioritization skills, adaptable to changing environments and pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • Familiarity with JDE, ISP, Noveo is advantageous
