If your CV meets our criteria, you should expect the following steps in the recruitment process: Online behavioral test (for external candidates only) Telephone screen (for external candidates only) Zoom interview with the hiring manager Hands-on experience in both functional programming and Java programming, 6 years of Banking Domain background.

Strong understanding about Dev Ops and agile development methodology.

Solid IT development, technical design and production support working experience, with strong problem solving skills.

Effective communication with other technical colleagues from global teams (UK, HK, GZ, Poland and US).

Experienced in design and lead highly scalable and available technology solution.

Relationship management (both internal and external) and networking skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple work threads at one time.

Ability to work effectively to strict timelines and deadlines.

Be hands-on whenever necessary., Write well designed, testable and efficient codes.

Involve in deployment of the software you build., Managing the delivery approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the delivery plan, commitments and changes., Working with the Technology team and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies (e.g.

Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and corresponding management of dependencies., Providing management to maintain a focus on how the delivery/project aligns to wider programme objectives, where appropriate, and to the change portfolio across HSBC., Enforcing process discipline and improvements in areas of expertise, such as disciplined agile software delivery, production support processes and continuous Dev Ops pipelines development., Setting and Managing objectives/development plan of POD members.
