Dla wielokrotnie nagradzanej polskiej firmy z sektora fintech poszukujemy specjalisty na stanowisko Account Manager'a (Project manager / Relationship manager).
Poszukujemy osoby, która będzie odpowiedzialna za podwojenie przychodów z technologicznych usług księgowych opartych na subskrypcji oraz za zwiększenie akwizycji nowych klientów poprzez wykorzystanie nowych kanałów i możliwości rynkowych, jakie oferuje automatyzacja.
Responsibilities:
  • zarządzanie projektami na styku biznesu i IT, w tym opracowanie planu projektu, uzgodnienie (przy pomocy IT) z klientem + pro-aktywny udział w statusach
  • współpraca z analitykami IT przy definiowaniu i opracowywaniu tematów wdrożeniowych
  • całościowe testowanie "na drugą" rękę czy wdrożone rozwiązanie rzeczywiście działa biznesowo
  • opracowanie i potwierdzenie z partnerem biznesowym (przy pomocy właściciela biznesowego CD) celów projektu
  • pro-aktywny udział w statusach & follow-up
  • bieżący monitoring realizacji celów biznesowych po wdrożeniu
  • bieżący i pro-aktywny monitoring ustalonych celów biznesowych i wdrażanych projektów i komunikacja z partnerem biznesowym + identyfikacja oraz wdrożenie niezbędnych usprawnień
  • identyfikacja nowych możliwości generowania biznesu i opracowanie koncepcji jak to osiągnąć


Requirements
  • doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku z udokumentowanymi sukcesami
  • proaktywność / przedsiębiorczość & otwartość umysłu
  • koncentrowaniu się na osiągnięciu celów vs. robienie
  • krytyczne myślenie i rozwiązywanie problemów
  • gotowość do nauki
  • posługiwanie się excel / power point / smartsheet
  • rozumienie / doświadczenie w bankowości
