RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus:
Developing and maintaining a solid, long – term relationships with assigned customers Owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets Owning P&L of assigned customers to improve the Gross – to – Net results Leading annual negotiations with customers including yearly business plan, monthly business updates, sales & operations planning Full ownership of the process from order to payment of assigned customers, in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance Department Analysing customer data to provide better results Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain departmentWorking for Coty means joining a company in which we believe in equality and inclusion for all, we stand in solidarity with those who fight for freedom, justice, and equal rights, regardless of who you are or who you love. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are passionate about beauty As an experienced Key Account Manager, you will get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you have:
Broad experience in Key Account Management or Sales in e-commerce area Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities Proactivity, independence and self-starter attitude Results oriented and the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives Highly developed communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and new challenges Fluent and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) Very good command of English language and Polish languageOUR BENEFITS
