Inbound Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Development Representative with fluent English proficiency and a proven track record in video surveillance and security software solutions, ideally with expertise in video analytics. As an Inbound SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our cutting-edge video surveillance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate inbound leads generated through various channels, including marketing campaigns and website inquiries, to identify potential opportunities.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our security software solutions (video analytics)
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, to understand their needs and educate them on our solutions.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate interest, schedule product demonstrations, and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads, providing detailed information to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer challenges to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective customer engagement.
- Proven experience in video surveillance technologies and security software solutions, with a strong understanding of video analytics
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer pain points and effectively communicate how our solutions address their needs.
- Comfortable navigating and utilizing sales tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to streamline the sales process.
