Senior Leader Remuneration

  • Oversee senior leader remuneration with the Group Head of Reward.
  • Provide market analysis and recommendations for hiring, promotions, and assignments.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the global HRIS, including Bonus and Equity Plans.

Global Grading Structure

  • Own and specialize in the Willis Towers Watson Grading Methodology.
  • Advise international HR teams on grading.
  • Train internal HR teams on the grading system.
  • Manage the Willis Towers Watson global contract.
  • Conduct senior-level role benchmarking.

Pay Benchmarking

  • Oversee Group's pay benchmarking methodology.
  • Provide market mapping and data interpretation expertise.
  • Ensure robust and market-appropriate pay benchmarking.
  • Oversee senior leader compensation offers.

Group Incentives Management

  • Manage global bonus and share plans with relevant teams.
  • Collaborate on incentives planning and forecasting.
  • Oversee accurate and timely year-end bonus payouts.

Salary Review and Budgeting

  • Own annual salary review budgeting and process.
  • Develop tools and guidelines for salary recommendations.
  • Collaborate on yearly merit strategy with Group Head of Reward.

International Role | Stable Company - SSC

  • Experience with internal reward systems, including executive remuneration, across various markets
  • Expertise in complex market benchmarking and data interpretation
  • Ability to quickly research and understand complex concepts, providing guidance to the Group Head of Reward
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Consultative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including at the Executive Management level
  • Knowledge of remuneration practices in key markets such as the UK, USA, Brazil, Poland, Belgium, and China is a plus
