This is us, your new colleaguesIn theGlobal CenterinsidePeople Services, we are responsible for delivering investigative and resolution-based HR support and acting as expert HR advice in the Compensation & Benefits analysis & administration area within Volvo Group businesses. We use HR data and configure a cloud-based online platform, to keep up with business requirements in different countries, as well as provide tool and process-related support for end users (HR Business Partners and Managers).
We work as first-line support of HR software as well as the advisors of global compensation processes for our colleagues globally.
Your future team is called the Compensation and Navigator Operation Team. It consists of app. 20 employees. We operate globally. Our greatest values are expert knowledge, a friendly workplace, and cooperation.
You are- Experience with Compensation & Benefits.
- Someone who communicates confidently and clearly in English.
- Learnquickly andmaintain quality business relationships.
- Very well organized, and while also a strong team member, you perform to a high level alone.
- Have a good overview of general HR processesandlike to dig into technical queries both in data analysis and data visualization.
- Detail -oriented.

In this role
- You will support compensation processes, analyze and report on them.
- Collect internal and external market data, and report data to salary survey providers.
- Analyze benchmark reports comparing internal jobs to the external market data.
- Help countries to build and maintain pay structure.
- Support the country's annual salary review process.
- Maintenance and support of our Global Jab architecture.
- Build global relationships to ensure process and solution maturity.
- Cast a wide view over the whole process and suggest improvements where possible and valuable.
- Cooperate with the Product Team in translating clients' business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents, and use cases.
- Might be responsible for conducting training for some groups.
