  • Twoim zadaniem będzie kształtowanie pozytywnego wizerunku marki wśród pracowników Allegro, a także tworzenie i prowadzenie niezwykłych projektów budujących zaangażowanie w życie firmy
  • Będziesz samodzielnie tworzyć i realizować angażujące kampanie wewnętrzne, ale też brać aktywny udział w złożonych projektach komunikacji wewnętrznej
  • Pracując w roli eksperta komunikacji wewnętrznej, będziesz wspierać zespół zarządzający Allegro w komunikowaniu projektów z ich udziałem
  • Zaplanujesz i zrealizujesz działania komunikacyjne towarzyszące stałym wydarzeniom w kalendarzu Allegro m.in.: kwartalnym spotkaniom ogólnofirmowym, sesjom Q&A z managerami, akcjom świątecznym, a także innym projektom
  • Będziesz zarządzać firmowymi kanałami i narzędziami komunikacji wewnętrznej, a także aktywnie uczestniczyć w rozwijaniu i wdrażaniu nowych
  • Staniesz się zaufanym doradcą dla kolegów i koleżanek z innych działów, wspierając komunikacyjne inne obszary w firmie — takie jak Public Relations, ESG/CSR, Investor Relations, Employer Branding czy HR
  • Będziesz tworzyć i redagować teksty informacyjne, artykuły, przygotowywać materiały graficzne oraz treści wideo

  • Posiadają doświadczenie (min. 5 lat) w zakresie projektowania i realizacji zróżnicowanych oraz niesztampowych strategii i planów komunikacyjnych z obszaru komunikacji wewnętrznej, w organizacjach o międzynarodowym zasięgu
  • Pracowały w działach komunikacji firm notowanych na giełdzie - będzie to mocnym atutem
  • Jeśli mają dodatkowe doświadczenie w obszarze: HR, Employer Branding, PR, Investor Relations - będzie to mile widziane
  • Rozumieją znaczenie danych dla raportowania i budowania rozumienia efektywności działań komunikacji wewnętrznej
  • Potrafią budować dobre relacje z wewnętrznymi partnerami na różnych poziomach organizacji
  • Potrafią sprawnie i zgodnie z regułami języka polskiego tworzyć i redagować teksty o zróżnicowanym charakterze
  • Dobrze czują się w międzynarodowym, dynamicznym środowisku pracy, nie straszne są im wyzwania, cenią samodzielność, lubią wychodzić z inicjatywą i brać odpowiedzialność za powierzone im projekty
  • Są samodzielne, nadają priorytety zadaniom, dobrze sobie radzą z dużym natężeniem informacji i zdarzeń
  • Lubią kontakt z innymi ludźmi, są komunikatywne i lubią pracować zespołowo
  • Swobodnie komunikują się i tworzą teksty w języku angielskim (min. C1 - w mowie i piśmie)
