Possible cooperation forms

You can join this project as an internal employee (UoP or B2B). There is also a possibility to join as a freelancer (offer will differ in a few terms).

Required skills: 3 years experience in UX/UI design industry, 1 year of experience in Design Operations as a contributor or manager, experience in UX/UI design process, and Design Tools

  • Work with design leadership and HR to empower and scale design teams at Netguru.
  • Maintain our Design Process - Act as a bridge between the Design team and the Engineering, Product Management and Marketing to translate company requirements into the daily flow followed by our team.
  • Make Netguru Designer Experience exceptional
    • Lead talentproject matching process on the practice side.
    • Develop & improve processes to ensure designer's have tools to keep their profiles & portfolio top notch.
    • Support creation & maintenance of our internal Design System.
    • Support our recruiters to shape recruitment process and experience
    • Improve the onboarding experience to be best on the market
    • Ensure our mentorship process & documentation works
    • Help building a strong community by supporting events and activities revolving around talent acquisition
    • Help our team & leadership track Project Happiness of each team-member
    • Maintain a tool to keep track of team individual aspirations
    • Manage and maintain tools to manage individual career paths
    • Ensure our case study publishing process works smoothly.
  • Maintain, track and update Design Team toolset
    • Keep tab on toolset's cost & usage.
    • Maintain testing environment for new tools
    • Test & validate new tools on the market. Own process for testing & introducing new AI tools to the team
    • Cooperate with Netguru IT-ops team to propagate company wide changes
  • Ensure team members have effective usage of bench time (self development or supporting business needs)
  • Coordinate and manage introduction and maintenance of team's internal processes automation.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in organizing team town-halls, educational initiatives for the Design Team.
Ready to apply? First check if you:
  • Have at least 3 years experience in UX/UI design industry
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in Design Operations as a contributor or manager
  • Have some experience in UX/UI design process, and Design Tools
  • Have experience working with basic automations, data, spreadsheets, Salesforce, Slack Workflows, Zapier
  • Are a scrupulous person, have exceptional attention to detail and obsessed with maintenance of processes
  • Have exceptional strategy skills and ability to predict design trends
  • Multitasking and ability to change context fast
  • Have ability to adapting to ever-changing environment of a fast growing company
  • Understand practices for change management in scaling teams
  • Are an advocate for designers and design as a practice

  • Have managed design teams and HR experience
  • Have managed and grown Design ops team
  • Have experience in Design Systems
  • Have knowledge of OKR methodology
  • Know Low/Code-No code tools experience, to build internal tools for automations
  • Have active experience in Design recruitment (interviews and trials)
