Job Description

We're committed to establishing a highly efficient Presales team to support opportunities in pooled accounts, a key focus area for our business. This role will involve engaging with customers from various segments, emphasizing speed, agility, and leveraging standard tools and demos to swiftly close deals. It's a dynamic and fast-paced position that lays the groundwork for long-term customer relationships with Zendesk.

We're currently seeking an Associate Solution Consultant in Lisbon/Barcelona/Krakow to provide dedicated support to our critical market team. Your main responsibilities will revolve around assisting European sales teams and customers while also having the chance to collaborate with clients globally as part of our international team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support to the global sales team on key opportunities
  • Act as a technical bridge between the Sales team and prospects to ensure understanding of requirements and product demonstrations
  • Support prospects with technical information through remote calls and video conferences

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in software pre-sales
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English plus one of: German, French, Spanish, or Italian
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
  • Passion for technology and excellent people skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with web/scripting technologies and SaaS applications
  • Experience in or with Call Centers, understanding key metrics and best practices
