Integral to our success is the establishment of a highly efficient Presales team to cater to opportunities in pooled accounts, a key area of focus for us. The clients in this segment come from diverse backgrounds, but our interactions are centered on speed, flexibility, and leveraging standard tools and demos to swiftly close deals. This role is dynamic, fast-paced, and invigorating, laying the groundwork for customers to further engage with Zendesk.

We are currently seeking an Associate Solution Consultant in Lisbon/Barcelona/Krakow to provide specialized support to this crucial market team. Your main responsibilities will revolve around assisting European sales teams and clients, with the potential to collaborate with customers from around the globe as part of a worldwide team.

Job Overview:

As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you will support our global sales team by offering technical and functional assistance on key opportunities. Whether you are working with a large Enterprise Account seeking a small investment or providing a complete solution for an SMB customer, your role is to deliver the technical support needed to quickly grasp their needs and showcase how Zendesk can meet them.

Your primary objective is to ensure optimal product selection. You should possess a blend of sales acumen and technical expertise, acting as the technical liaison between our Sales team and potential clients. This will involve maintaining the technical relationship with prospects to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective management and delivery of technical information via virtual calls and video conferences.

What you bring to the table:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in software pre-sales
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and one of: German, French, Spanish, or Italian
  • Problem-solving capabilities, including the aptitude to address business requirements with technical solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a proactive attitude
  • A passion for technology and excellent people skills

If you also have experience in web or scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SaaS applications, along with a background in working with Call Centers and an understanding of key industry metrics and best practices, it would be a definite plus.
