Your mission
  • You are the first representative of Polyteia in Poland, responsible for pioneering the Polish market and establishing the foundational structure for our future operations.
  • Following the establishment of a market presence, you will lead the expansion of the sales team in Poland by recruiting and developing SDRs and Account Executives.
  • Utilize your network to conduct outreach and expand the pipeline with Discovery Meetings.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, documenting your activities in our CRM system.
  • Continuously explore new avenues by collaborating with colleagues in the DACH region, learning best practices, and practicing new scenarios and pitches.
  • Collaborate closely with our Alliance Team to identify and exploit sales opportunities for swift deal closure.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to ensure a seamless handover and successful implementation for new customers, as well as address expansion-related topics.
  • Contribute to the development of our products by gathering customer feedback and communicating it to the product, marketing, and management teams.
Your profile
  • Align yourself with our mission of supporting governments and public administrations in making data-driven decisions.
  • Bring extensive experience in Public Sector Sales, preferably in cloud-based software, demonstrating an excellent track record and a network of potential customers to leverage.
  • Possess a strong hands-on mentality and stand out for your structured and solution-oriented approach.
  • Think strategically, maintain a hands-on approach, and excel in speed and structured problem-solving, even in stressful situations.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Willingness to travel for office visits to Berlin.
