About the role:
Join our team as a Business Process Analyst at Boston Scientific. In this role, you'll work on analyzing, making recommendations, and implementing business processes that support our Global Business Services organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement, standardization, and automation to drive efficiency gains and optimize service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze existing business processes for optimization and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and standardization.
- Lead or participate in projects focusing on process improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Evaluate the impact of process changes, provide reports to senior management, and develop cost/benefit analyses.
- Initiate automation projects to enhance productivity and efficiency within GBS.
What we are looking for:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in process automation.
- Proficiency in EMEA Order to Cash procedures and global operational knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in cross-border or virtual teams is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
- 2-5 years of Customer Care Operations process knowledge.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office and SAP experience.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and experience with technologies like RPA and AI.
- Experience with Salesforce or Service Cloud is beneficial.
