General Ledger/Record to Report Senior Specialist Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Maintenance of accounts in accordance with IFRS, group accounting policies and local gap in cooperation with local Finance Business Partner
Analyze financial data to ensure the accuracy of bookings
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis
Execute monthly financial closing process in a timely manner and ensure compliance with accounting policies
Maintain accuracy and completeness of trial balances
Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to Matex Lab Group according to IFRS
Be a proactive team member and identify and implement improvements and efficiencies which can streamline the close process and/or reduce risks
Our requirements Very good written and verbal skills in English (min. B2 level)

  • 3 years of experience in accounting in a similar position
Experience of working with IFRS standards
Experience in financial statements preparation and supporting external audits
Experience working in an international environment
A proactive team player that is continually pushing themselves and others
Problem solving attitude
Experience working with the D365 system will be a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field
