Trainee in Record to Report (RtR)

In this role, you will gain knowledge on how to assist the Finance team in planning and providing financial services.

No prior professional experience is necessary to apply for this position. What matters most is your ability to learn rapidly and utilize training programs effectively to enhance your skills gradually.

What to expect during the day

As a Finance Trainee, your role will involve:

  • Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual tasks and analyzing their outcomes
  • Evaluating procedures and checks within the Center of Excellence
  • Engaging in process analysis and enhancement projects
  • Participating in internal and global meetings and training sessions

Qualifications and skills for success

  • Availability to work 30 hours per week for a 12-month period
  • Proficient in English - minimum B2 level (CEFR scale) as English will be used daily
  • Strong attention to detail - capable of managing large amounts of data and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Pursuing a master's degree - preferably in Finance and accounting or a related field with 3-4 years of classroom experience
  • No prior experience required as we will provide training to execute your duties to a high standard
