BAT POLAND IS LOOKING FOR A BRAND EXECUTIVE

SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Manager level

FUNCTION: Marketing

SALARY RANGE: competitive salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

Lead NPI process to deliver agreed Brand projects on time – prepare NPI briefs, guidelines & products specification in cooperation with other teams

Manage hive system, set up activities & ensure cycle plan discipline is maintained in line with key brand plans & priorities

Reports to: Category Manager Combustibles

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Lead NPI process – create briefs, manage partners & other team members and ensure all uploads & approvals are done in a timely manner Manage hive system, set up activities & ensure cycle plan discipline is maintained in line with key brand plans & priorities Brief agencies and manage operations with agencies in the implementation of assigned brand projects Prepare research briefs in coordination with the respective partners Analyse and evaluate market and market research data to identify and develop new marketing measures for the brand/category Ensure brand spent governance for assigned brands & adherence to governance protocols related to product, packaging & communications development (internal and external collaborators) Support Market Category Manager in the definition of projects translating the Category strategy on the Market

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Management or similar and 1-2 years of experience in similar role Good knowledge of MS Office Business fluent language skills in English and Polish Experience in NPI Team / Category Team( Brand team) / Consumer Experience Team Capable of driving an agenda involving many multiple points of interactions / customers Dedicated team player with good analytical and problem solving skills Drive to challenge status quo and ability to see things from new perspective Capacity to nurture in a target driven environment & be organised in approach Basic understanding of Agency scope and management of creative assets to meet business objectives
