Who we're looking for
As a Business Unit Manager at Banqsoft, you will be a central member of the Business Area Management team, you will lead a Business Unit with 18 employees.
Business Analytics team provides a range of software and services to Banqsoft's customers, including Business Intelligence solutions, Anti-Money Laundry, integrations, and migrations. The working environment includes (but is not limited to) Azure DevOps, MS Visual Studio, PowerShell, MS Azure, and SQL Server toolset. Our ambition is to move all our services into cloud. The team is working from four different offices in Norway, Sweden, and Poland.
We are looking for a leader with strong technical background or proven experience in leading a technical team.
This is an opportunity to shape operational excellence and contribute strategically to our success. As a Business Unit Manager at Banqsoft, you will be a central member of the Business Area Management team.
What does the role look like?
- Overall responsible for existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships, coordinate service deliveries, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Ensure work compliance with Banqsoft Strategy, Policies, Certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the financial performance of the Business Unit aligned with Banqsoft strategies.
- Drive overall productivity, managing competence, capacity, and collaborating with process owners.
- Lead teams in line with Banqsoft Employee and Leadership DNA.
- Act as a strategic stakeholder, providing insights to drive growth.
- Provide operational oversight, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

- Demonstrable expertise in the relevant area.
- Strong technical background.
- Experience in people leadership and building high-performance teams.
- Strategic thinking with successful implementation.

- Experience in customer-focused roles, preferably in Finance or Banking.
- Skills in budget management and resourcing planning.
- Higher degree in business/technology.
