Who we're looking for

We're excited to announce we are looking for Team Manager within our newly merged Business Area, Digital Banking & Credit Management. You'll be a member of a business sector where 82 individuals are employed, with the backing of four additional team managers within this unit. If you're a dedicated leader skilled in managing high-performing teams in a dynamic tech environment, we'd love you to apply.

We are looking for Team Manager for our SalesFinance&Ledger Team , which works on the solution designed for agencies providing third-party ledger and financing services to clients, but is equally suitable for in-house invoice administration. Banqsoft has developed its Sales Finance offering, which enable finance companies to offer different payment options to their merchant/vendor partners and operate in new channels.

As a Team Manager in our Development unit, you'll be an integral part of the Business Area's leadership team, leading a team of 12 professionals in roles such as developers, testers, product owners and architects. You're instrumental in leading the team's success and performance, working closely with Business Unit Manager, Team Managers and other stakeholders in the Business Area.

It will be important that you understand the investment required to lead a team. You strongly align with our Leadership DNA, which include championing Banqsoft, promoting accountability, seeing communication as a tool for trust, and enabling continuous learning within smaller team environments.

What does the role look like?

  • Full operational and performance responsibility for the team
  • Fulfill responsibilities delegated by the BU Manager and adopt a KPI-focused approach to drive high-performing teams
  • Mentor and support team members in achieving objectives and professional development goals
  • Lead team resource planning and recruitment
  • Define, communicate, and manage team priorities to keep everyone on track
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements
  • Oversee team onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage the team budget and forecasting
  • Take accountablility for internal processes at the team level, including, for example, MyTalks, Annual Performance and Salary Reviews
  • Ensure information security and documentation compliance at the team level according to company policy

  • Demonstrable knowledge and skills in the relevant area of expertise
  • Experience and/or understanding of people leadership within a team setting
  • Experience and/or strong desire to build and lead high performing teams

  • A background in software development, product management or similar role
  • Proficiency in budget management
  • Competence in resource planning and management
  • Relevant educational background
