Responsibilities

We are looking for a person who will be a real partner for Creative Department and who will strategically lead his own clients.

An ideal candidate should be able to ru a creative project.

His/her contribution to the project consist of understanding the consumer, knowledge of new media solutions, understanding the marketer's needs, the ability to run a project in the conceptual phase, co-working on creative ideas, analyzing useful data, clearly presenting own visio, conducting workshops, designing and analyzing research.


Tasks:

  • creating briefs on the ongoing basis
  • planning stages, goals and barriers for a 360 campaign
  • leading the tender for a new advertising platform for a well-known brand
Requirements

  • at least 3 years of experience in the strategy, digital and related strategies department
  • experience in working on various projects (creating positioning, conducting creative workshops, designing 360 campaigns, creating consumer journey, generating ideas with the creation of social media or cooperation with influencers)
  • experience in conducting internal workshops and creative processes (e.g. in the design thinking paradigm)
  • knowledge of the latest communication tools and channels (including digital and social media activities)
  • excellent presentation skills – both preparing presentations and speeches
  • knowledge of consumer research
  • fluent knowledge of the English
