What you will be responsible for:
- Partnering closely with the Plant Operations Director to drive financial performance and manager the financial result for the manufacturing site.
- Leading and developing the local Finance team.
- Providing strategic financial advice to stakeholders as a member of the Site Leadership team.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, such as annual budget, annual standard costs, ongoing capital spend.
- Ensuring that adequate internal financial controls exist and are adhered to within the manufacturing facility.
- Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participating in cross-functional initiatives to support business goals.
- Degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Proven years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage several priorities at once and a high level of flexibility with commitment to success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of SAP and Hyperion.
