The Role

The position will be based in either Krakow (Poland) or Sofia (Bulgaria) depending on the selected candidate's location.

At Imperial Brands, the EUS Service Owner oversees End User Services in Global Business Services Operations, reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure and collaborating closely with other Service Owners and the Service Delivery team.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Leading the EUC team through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Establishing strategic partnerships with key third-party vendors
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of EUC-related incidents and issues
  • Providing expert technical guidance and consultation at various organizational levels
  • Managing and projecting service budget allocations
  • Supporting the optimization and streamlining of technologies, services, and vendors regionally and globally

Skills and Experience Required

  • Prior experience in IT Service Delivery
  • Budget management skills with evident commercial acumen
  • Strong IT personnel management capabilities, overseeing teams in multiple locations
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles for end-user devices
  • Ability to cultivate essential relationships with internal IS and business stakeholders
  • Willingness to engage in international business travel
