Do you want to be part of our team that is working on integrating DSV's global HR tool with the organization in cooperation with stakeholders? If you have experience in supporting payroll integrations using SAP SuccessFactors, then this role in our Global HRIS team is perfect for you to contribute to our growth journey. SAP SuccessFactors is already in use by over 75,000 employees, with twelve payroll integrations already in place. Currently, our modules consist of Employee Central, Time Off, Onboarding, Recruitment, Recruiting Marketing, Performance Management, and Succession. We are also in the process of implementing a Total Workforce Management Solution involving WorkForce Software and Fieldglass.

We have ambitious plans to add new modules and integrations in the coming years. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders at various levels throughout the global DSV organization. You will have a significant level of autonomy in a flexible and dynamic environment and gain exposure to DSV globally and within Group HR.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the implementation of new payroll integrations by defining business requirements, ensuring adherence to global standards, and managing User Acceptance testing.
  • Support the rollout and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors system and act as a point of contact for HR teams globally.
  • Manage multiple payroll integrations, ensure data integrity, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot payroll integration and HRIS, identifying root causes for data issues and suggesting solutions.
  • Participate in testing SuccessFactors updates and their impact on payroll integrations.
  • Conduct data audits between SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems to maintain governance and compliance.
  • Additional project work and administrative tasks as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resource management, information technology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and systems, including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, and Performance Management.
  • Minimum of three years in HR systems administration, payroll processing, and support required.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
