Team/Role Overview:

  • Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review, and system setups with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
  • Ensures compliance with internal processes, regulations, policies, and maintains a culture of risk and controls.
  • Establishes close working relationships with clients and internal teams for efficient communication.
  • Attends customer calls, owns client queries, and operates with independence and autonomy.

What we'll need from you:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Banking Operations, KYC, Finance, Legal Documentation review, etc.
  • Proficient in handling escalated cases and managing client expectations.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian required, knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, capable of multitasking, and eager to learn in a challenging environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
