Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager who will manage daily financial operations and offer advice and guidance to the CEO on the business strategy. The aim is to help the company's leadership make well-informed business decisions and achieve the company's goals. In this position, you will have the chance to apply your financial analysis and strategic planning skills. You will deliver valuable insights and suggestions to the CEO by meticulously analyzing daily financial activities. Your advice will enable the company's leaders to make informed choices that align with the organization's long-term objectives. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing financial plans that foster the company's growth and profitability. Your duties will include monitoring financial performance, pinpointing areas for improvement, and leveraging opportunities.

What You Will Do
  • Manage all company finance and business processes
  • Support CEO, Board and management in running the business, drive strategic insights and help shape future of the company
  • Prepare financial forecasts, budgets and track company performance versus them. Analyze of deviations in revenues and costs from the plan and recommend for corrective actions
  • Manage preparation of financial reports (P&L, BS, CF) and operational reports (especially in the areas of sales and production)
  • Prepare financial and business analyses according to the Company's needs
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks and other key financial institutions
  • Oversee the accounting department

Requirements

Who You Are
  • You're an experienced financial controller or finance manager, ready to take a next step in your career, and own managing a whole finance function in the company
  • You have minimum of 5 years of experience in finance/controlling, and minimum 3 years at a managerial level
  • Experience in manufacturing and trading companies is preferred
  • Higher education in a relevant field (accounting, controlling, corporate finance)
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI skills are desirable)
  • Practical knowledge of accounting regulations and tax laws
  • Very good level of English
