Sales Manager of Loyalty Programs

Miejsce Pracy: cała Polska (zdalnie)

Do głównych zadań na ww. stanowisku należą:

  • Skuteczna i dynamiczna realizacja planów sprzedażowych
  • Pozyskiwanie nowych klientów spoza grona obecnych i byłych Klientów firmy
  • Budowanie długofalowych relacji z klientami Spółki
  • Planowanie i koordynacja realizacji programów lojalnościowych w zespołach projektowych - od momentu pozyskania briefu do podpisania umowy
  • Aktywny udział w targach branżowych Loyalty Planet
  • Monitorowanie i analiza działań konkurencji

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (praktyczna wiedza z zakresu: sprzedaży i marketingu)
  • Kilkuletnie doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług programów lojalnościowych lub innych usług/narzędzi marketingowych
  • Umiejętność budowania długofalowych, pozytywnych relacji z kadrą odpowiedzialną za zakup programów lojalnościowych po stronie Klienta
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w nadzorowaniu realizacji projektów
  • Wysoko rozwinięta kompetencja komunikatywności
  • Znajomość i umiejętne wykorzystanie technik negocjacyjnych i sprzedażowych
  • Samodzielność, nastawienie na wynik, inicjatywa, zaangażowanie oraz determinacja w działaniu
  • Praktyczna, bardzo dobra znajomość programu PowerPoint
