Overview

Bechtel and Westinghouse Electric Company have partnered to deliver the first nuclear power reactors in Poland for our customer, the Polish Entity Polskie Elektrownie Jadrowe (PEJ). Bechtel will be the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor for the project. As the EPC, our responsibilities will include providing the design for the Turbine Island and Balance of Plant as well as the construction of the entire facility.
This is a unique opportunity, and we are seeking talented individuals to contribute to expanding Poland's nuclear capabilities and shaping a sustainable energy future for generations to come.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Provides and oversees professional services.
  • Reviews the contracts commercial language and assists with set up working with the compliance and tax teams.
  • Collaborates with transactional groups to identify areas for process improvements.
  • Conducts audit queries and participates in special projects.
  • Oversees review of financial statements.
  • Supports special studies, business and financial related issues, presentations, and preparations.
  • Assists in monthly reviews, validation of financial data and GM reporting.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Requires bachelor's or master's degree and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of organizational structure, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting functions and problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial issues.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and solve complex problems effectively.
  • Experience in supervisory activities.
