Senior Payroll Specialist

Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of HR and payroll processes within local and international structures.

• Calculating salaries and preparing ZUS, PIT, and other required reports and declarations.

• Maintaining and updating employee personnel records.

• Managing contracts, annexes, certificates, and reporting for international entities.

• Cooperation with external institutions (ZUS, Tax Office, PFRON, GUS).

• Preparing HR and payroll analyses and reports.

• Providing support in interpreting labor law, social security, and tax regulations.

• Ongoing cooperation with internal company departments and providing advice on HR and payroll matters.

Our Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in a similar position.

• Very good knowledge of labor law, social security, and tax regulations.

• Experience in independently handling the full HR and payroll process.

• Knowledge of HR and payroll systems (Enova or Comarch preferred) and the Płatnik program.

• Very good command of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).

• Ability to plan and organize one’s own work effectively and excellent time management skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent Polish and very good English and Russian – allowing for smooth communication and work with HR and payroll documentation.
