Green Hive Technology to software house w Grupie Żabka, w którym tworzymy cyfrowe rozwiązania napędzające rozwój jednego z największych ekosystemów convenience w Polsce. Naszym głównym projektem jest Żappka – aplikacja, która łączy zakupy, płatności, promocje, posiłki, usługi mobilne i wiele więcej, integrując marki Maczfit, Dietly, Jush, delio i Żabka Nano. Pracujemy zwinnie, w interdyscyplinarnych zespołach, wierząc, że różnorodność to źródło najlepszych pomysłów


Aktualnie poszukujemy Insights Analyst


Co będzie należało do Twoich zadań? 

  • będziesz analizować wyniki testów A/B w sposób, który realnie wpływa na kierunek rozwoju produktów - od upliftu i significance po power analysis i MDE;

  • rozbierzesz eksperymenty na czynniki pierwsze, identyfikując mechanizmy, które stoją za zachowaniami użytkowników i efektem biznesowym;

  • zaprojektujesz i ocenisz eksperymenty z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych metod causal inference (CUPED, diff-in-diff, matching, causal ML), pomagając zespołom podejmować trafniejsze decyzje;

  • poprowadzisz deep dive’y wszędzie tam, gdzie dane są nieoczywiste lub sprzeczne - to Ty pomożesz zrozumieć „dlaczego” i „co dalej”;

  • stworzysz segmenty użytkowników oparte na zachowaniach, kohortach i modelach predykcyjnych, dzięki którym personalizacja produktu będzie jeszcze skuteczniejsza;

  • przełożysz dane na konkretne rekomendacje dla zespołów produktowych i marketingowych, wpływając na roadmapę i kluczowe decyzje biznesowe;

  • przygotujesz syntetyczne, decyzyjne one-pagery dla leadershipu, które pomogą szybko i pewnie podejmować decyzje;

  • będziesz współpracować z BI, Product Ownerami oraz Automation Teamem, aby usprawniać proces eksperymentowania i rozwijać kulturę testowania;

  • zbudujesz narzędzia i skrypty w Pythonie, które ułatwią prowadzenie analiz eksperymentalnych i modelowanie efektów na skalę.

Kogo szukamy?

  • posiadasz praktyczne doświadczenie w analizie danych eksperymentalnych – A/B testach, analizach kohortowych oraz segmentacji użytkowników;

  • dobrze znasz statystykę i potrafisz wykorzystywać ją w podejmowaniu decyzji produktowych;

  • swobodnie pracujesz z SQL oraz Pythonem (pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels, scikit-learn);

  • rozumiesz metody causal inference i potrafisz ocenić, czy obserwowany efekt ma charakter przyczynowy;

  • masz rozwiniętą dojrzałość analityczną – umiesz stawiać hipotezy, dobierać właściwe metryki i rozkładać je na czynniki pierwsze;

  • potrafisz pracować na dużej skali danych i projektować analizy odporne na szum oraz subtelne efekty;

  • wyróżnia Cię samodzielność, dociekliwość i naturalna ciekawość, dzięki którym nie zatrzymujesz się na pierwszej odpowiedzi;

  • umiesz przekładać dane na jasne, konkretne i możliwe do wdrożenia rekomendacje.
