Join a high-growth international tech groupAt ClearCourse we’re looking for an Accounting Manager to join our Kraków office and take ownership of day-to-day accounting and reporting activities for one of our group entities.This is a great opportunity for someone with solid accounting experience looking to step into a broader role within a dynamic, international environment.What you’ll be doing:Accounting & BookkeepingManage daily accounting operations: AP/AR ledgers, bank transactions, intercompany, journal entries (~500 documents/month)Maintain the fixed and intangible asset registerPost prepayments and accrualsReconcile credit cards and support payroll entries in collaboration with our external providerMonth-End Close & ReportingLead month-end processes in NetSuite, ensuring timely and accurate reportingUpdate balance sheet reconciliations (bank, VAT, payroll, GL accounts) in BlacklineEnsure all financial records are up to date for monthly and annual closeCompliance & Statutory ReportingPrepare monthly and yearly reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in line with Polish regulationsEnsure compliance with local tax laws (VAT, CIT, payroll taxes)Support communication with auditors and tax advisorsManagement ReportingAssist with budget vs. actuals, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysisContribute to budgeting and reforecasting cyclesProcess & System ImprovementsHelp localise and optimise NetSuite for the Polish entityIdentify opportunities to streamline accounting processesWhat we’re looking for:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (ideally in an international environment)Working knowledge of Polish GAAP and statutory requirementsHands-on experience with NetSuite (min. 1 year)Advanced Excel skillsGood communication in Polish and EnglishDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independentlyWhat we offer:Competitive compensation packageHybrid work model – flexibility with office daysPrivate medical care & Multisport cardModern office in the heart of KrakówLunch Tuesdays, Volleyball Thursdays, and other team activitiesInternational work environment with real development opportunitiesSupportive, collaborative, and tech-savvy team culture Sound like a good fit?
