Contract length:â¯12 months with option for extension

Assignment type: B2B

Start: August

Trips: once a month to Sweden/Finland

We are looking for Development Manager - an energetic and driven person with expertise in the digital environment for Finance and IT. You will be responsible for ensuring that the digital environment for the Finance area of ââresponsibility meets Clientâs needs. You lead the development and operation of Finance and HR platforms, and the associated processes and tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the business and be responsible as a manager for the team members
  • Being responsible for selected key platforms in the role of System Owner
  • Acting as project manager in selected projects that affect the area of ââresponsibility.
  • Developing one's own area of ââresponsibility and one's own role in collaboration with the Finance sector and the surrounding teams both ashore and on the ships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Economic college education in accounting or financial economics, preferably in combination with IT technical education.
  • 5 years+ experience in the development and operation of financial platforms in a similar position.
  • Experience of acting as a manager.
  • Broad network within Finance IT.
  • Excellent English skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and Finnish.
