Paid Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist who’s obsessed with performance, creativity, and growth. You know Meta, TikTok Ads and other social platforms like the back of your hand and you’re ready to take ownership of multi-market, high-budget campaigns that deliver real results.

Our lean, remote-first team is based between Poznań and our office in Berlin, with members working from across Europe - including Poland, Italy, Germany, and the UK. We deliver creative, data-driven campaigns for international brands such as Wikipedia, MONIN, SunRoof, MONDO Möbel, lavera, Trade Republic, Kingston, Ein Guter Plan, and many others. What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads campaigns - from full-funnel strategy to daily optimization. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, or Reddit is a big plus.

• You have proven success in growing campaigns across different markets with clear KPI improvements.

• You know how to read data from GA4, GSC reports, and dashboards across PowerBI, Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, Tracify (or similar). Numbers don’t overwhelm you - they empower your decisions.

• You have familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce or similar platforms, and understanding how e-commerce ecosystems connect with performance marketing.

• You have tested and used AI-powered marketing tools and you’re eager to explore how AI can enhance performance marketing.

• You can design acquisition funnels and high-level strategy, but also execute, optimize, and test on a daily basis.

• You are fluent in English (German is a plus).

What You’ll Do

• Campaign Ownership: you plan, execute, and scale social media campaigns with a primary focus on Meta and TikTok Ads and you will also expand acquisition efforts across LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and other channels where relevant.

• Budget & Performance Management: you own campaign budgets, track performance, and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs.

• Optimization & Growth: you continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to scale acquisition and retention.

• AI & Innovation: you leverage AI-powered platforms for targeting, bidding, creative generation, and reporting to push efficiency and innovation.

• Collaboration: you work closely with creative, content, and client teams to align assets, landing pages, and messaging.

• Reporting & Insights: you translate data from various analytical tools into actionable insights and clear recommendations for clients.

• Client Communication: you sometimes attend calls with selected clients to present results, discuss performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
