About the project

We are looking for an Oracle PBCS Application Specialist to join the finance technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service environment. You will collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure that planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

Your responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Oracle PBCS environment, including user access, metadata, and security setup
  • Create, configure, and deploy PBCS elements such as forms, calculations and workflows
  • Track system performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and liaise with Oracle support or internal IT teams
  • Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver efficient technical solutions
Our requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role managing Oracle PBCS
  • Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across finance, IT, and business functions
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Residing in Poland required
