Every single person is critical to our success.Your responsibilities:Provide 2nd line (L2) support for end users – troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with other teams for escalationsSupport and maintain selected 3rd party applications and systemsManage user accounts and identity through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Administer cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365)Manage endpoints using Intune and/or Configuration Manager (SCCM)Manage DNS entries and basic infrastructure servicesPerform license management across cloud and on-prem services (e.g. M365 licenses, 3rd party tools)Monitor IT infrastructure, manage alerts and respond to incidents in coordination with support teamsIdentify areas for improvement and actively contribute to process enhancementsCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articlesOur requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or similar IT support roleBasic knowledge of on-premises and cloud environments (Azure, M365)Good command of English (B2 level) – both written and spokenStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsSelf-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in various IT domainsAwareness of security principles in IT (IAM, access controls)Please attach CVs in EnglishNice to have:Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (e.g. MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900)Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira, FreshService)Basic PowerShell scripting skillsExperience or knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) toolsExperience using remote support tools (TeamViewer)Understanding of ITIL framework
