Shape the Future of Credit Processes as an IT Analyst & Document Templates DeveloperWarsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).As an IT Analyst (Business Rules and Document Template Developer), you will be working for our client, a major player in the online banking industry. You will join a cross-functional Agile team dedicated to developing and automating document generation processes for credit and security agreements. The team values diversity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, and your role will directly support the optimization and automation of corporate credit processes using modern tools and methodologies such as FlexRule, SQL, and XML-based technologies.Your main responsibilities:Prepare document templates using enterprise-class tools for automatic generation of PDF and DOC filesConfigure and model business processes in the FlexRule platformDefine and implement business rules using scripting languages and C# or PythonMap business data to structured objects such as XML and JSONCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional documentationWork closely with developers and business analysts in an Agile (Scrum) environmentAnalyze and design business processes with technical and system perspectivesSupport system parameterization and enterprise tool configurationPerform technical documentation and maintain process-related materialsExplore and learn new tools supporting the software development lifecycleYou're ideal for this role if you have:Basic engineering toolkit knowledge including relational databases, SQL, XML, JSON, HTMLStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAdvanced skills in MS Excel, preferably with VBA or PowerQueryExperience working with business partners and gathering business requirementsFamiliarity with software development and system implementation processesUnderstanding of enterprise-class systems such as CRM or ECMKnowledge of REST APIs and browser-based applicationsExperience working with both business and technical documentationAbility to foresee edge cases in parameterization scenariosWillingness to learn new tools supporting business analysis and system configurationNice to have:Experience in parameterization/configuration of document templates in a tool such as a document generatorExperience in programming (preferably C#, Python, JS)Knowledge of tools: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket+git, FlexRule DesignerHigher education in a technical field (computer science, mathematics)Experience in implementing business rulesExperience in specifying validation rulesExperience in testing (including creating automated tests)Knowledge of corporate credit processes and credit productsWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
