Doradzamy zarówno klientom rozważającym bądź przeprowadzającym transakcje gospodarcze, jak i tym którzy planują restrukturyzacje, transformacje, albo zwyczajnie chcą zwiększyć swoją efektywność biznesową. W ramach działu, funkcjonują zespoły m.in.: doradztwa transakcyjnego, doradztwa w obszarze finansowania, fuzji i przejęć – M&A, Wycen oraz Strategii Biznesowej.

  • rozwój strategii wzrostu funkcji Deal Advisory na południu Polski
  • budowanie relacji z klientami, pozyskiwanie i sprzedaż projektów
  • zarządzanie złożonymi projektami doradczymi
  • przygotowanie biznes planów, studiów wykonalności i innych powiązanych prac doradczych
  • nadzór nad zespołem i kontrola jakości wykonywanych zadań
  • wsparcie zespołu wiedzą i doświadczeniem w przygotowaniu analiz, raportów i opracowań


Requirements

  • minimum 10 lat doświadczenia zawodowego w obszarze związanym z projektami doradczymi związanymi z wycenami, M&A, analizą finansową, kontrolingiem finansowym, przygotowaniem business planów, studiów wykonalności oraz doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem/funkcją
  • potwierdzone osiągnięcia w zakresie pozyskiwania dużych klientów
  • doświadczenie w międzynarodowym środowisku (np. obsługa klientów zagranicznych, międzynarodowe zespoły projektowe), w tym doświadczenie w rozwoju biznesu, pozyskiwania projektów, budowy długofalowych relacji z Klientami
  • doskonała znajomość języka angielskiego oraz polskiego
  • zorientowanie na osiągniecie rozwoju zawodowego i realizację postawionych celów
  • umiejętność budowania relacji z klientami oraz kreatywności w tworzeniu produktów dopasowanych do ich oczekiwań
  • dokładność i dbałość o wysoką jakość wykonywanych prac oraz sporządzanych raportów
