Agent in Back Office Post ExchangeMiejsce pracy: WarszawaYour responsibilities
  • Processing of claims and investigations for related product and processes (mainly credit transfers and direct debits);
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of nostri and internal accounts including justification and regularization action;
  • Processing of charges and corrections;
  • Cooperation with other Departments of Societe Generale;
  • Preparing reports and statistics as part of local regulatory obligations and internal rules.
Our requirements
  • Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level and Polish at C1 level
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment and very good organization of work;
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to take initiative;
  • At least Bachelor's degree or work experience in a bank/financial insitution;
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking products and settlements (SEPA, SWIFT, Target) especially in commercial payments will be an added value
  • At least basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word;
  • Authorisation to work in Poland.
