Kraków/Warsaw-based opportunity with the possibility to work 40% remotelyAs an IT Continuity & GRC Tooling Business Analyst you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services that is committed to strengthening its cybersecurity, IT risk management, and operational resilience across multiple international entities. You will join the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department, collaborating closely with stakeholders to design, improve, and implement IT Continuity modules in ServiceNow. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring the protection, compliance, and resilience of the organization’s infrastructure in a rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape.Your main responsibilities:Draft functional specifications for IT Continuity modules (ASC, IC Plan, Exercise) and cross-functional modules (Risk, Issues) in ServiceNowCollect needs from entities and track developments, evolutions, incidents, and remediation actionsProvide functional support to users and manage debugging activitiesFormalize IT Continuity project specifications in TableauDefine screen layouts, business rules, and workflows aligned with resilience processesCollaborate with product owners and developers to assess technical feasibilityParticipate in Agile ceremonies and UAT sessions for continuity tooling projectsMonitor development progress and raise alerts in case of deviationsDesign and execute functional test plans and coordinate testing with end-usersCreate training materials and user guides to support adoptionYou're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in IT Continuity, Resilience, or GRC toolingBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms for workflow and dashboard designStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, virtualization, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practicesFluent English for documentation and stakeholder communicationAbility to present technical and functional concepts clearly to diverse audiencesFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremoniesExperience in functional testing and validation processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in multicultural teamsWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
