hoh to agencja kreatywna, specjalizująca się w influencer marketingu, kreacjach opartych na świeżych insightach, często wspieranych CGI i AI. Współpracujemy z takimi markami jak OPPO, Netto, Danone, Kamis czy Tymbark. Robimy rzeczy. Świeże, niestandardowe, fajne, ale przede wszystkim skuteczne. I takiej właśnie osoby szukamy. Jeśli tak jak my, chcesz robić rzeczy, które jarają nie tylko Ciebie, atakuj.

Kogo szukamy?

  • Masz min. 3–5 lat doświadczenia w agencji kreatywnej lub digitalowej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem influencer marketingu.

  • Działasz samodzielnie, skutecznie i efektywnie - nawet pod presją czasu.

  • Łatwo adaptujesz się do nowego środowiska pracy, szybko odnajdujesz swoje miejsce w zespole.

  • Masz w sobie inicjatywę, nie boisz się wychodzić z własnymi pomysłami.

  • Zamiast czekać na gotowe rozwiązania - szukasz ich samodzielnie.

  • Potrafisz połączyć strategiczne myślenie z kreatywną wyobraźnią.

  • Potrafisz liderować projekt - planujesz sesje zdjęciowe, koordynujesz produkcję digitalową i CGI/AI, prowadzisz prezentacje przed klientem.

  • Lubisz ambitne wyzwania, działanie „na wczoraj” to Twój modus operandi.

  • Jesteś świetnie zorganizowany, zwracasz uwagę na detale, masz wyczucie estetyki.

  • Tworzysz angażujące i czytelne prezentacje w PowerPoint.


Twoje zadania:

  • Kreowanie koncepcji komunikacji - od insightu przez model strategiczny do gotowego konceptu.

  • Przeprowadzanie analiz rynkowych i trendowych.

  • Wyszukiwanie świeżych insightów, które staną się zalążkiem trafnych strategii.

  • Tworzenie klarownych, estetycznych prezentacji pitchowych i ofertowych.

  • Objęcie roli lidera projektu – od zaproszenia do przetargu, przez koordynację procesu aż do podpisania umowy i przekazania pracy do działu realizacji.

  • Przekazywanie pomysłów i koncepcji w przekonujący sposób.

  • Prowadzenie prezentacji przed klientem.

  • Samodzielna organizacja sesji zdjęciowych, produkcji digitalowej, CGI/AI.

  • Tworzenie budżetów i kosztorysów projektowych.
