Veeva Solutions Specialist

As our new Veeva Solution Specialist, you’ll support, configure, administer, and optimize Orifarm’s Veeva Quality platform. Together with the team, you will act as technical advisor and bridge business needs with scalable, validated solutions aligned with our strategic goals. You will:Ensure smooth operation of Orifarm’s Veeva Quality Suite and Vaults.Evaluate business needs and translate them into Veeva standard features, continuously improving our user experience and efficiency.Provide 2nd-level support, collaborate with business admins and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with GxP and relevant IT standards.Manage system updates, releases, feature enablement, and documentation.Stay current with Veeva best practices, features, and industry trends.Contribute to audits, SOPs, and governance activities.You will be part of a dynamic international team of Veeva specialists. Who are you? You’re a structured and solution-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the Veeva platform and a passion for delivering high-quality digital solutions in a regulated environment. You bring:Minimum 2 years of experience with the Veeva Quality platform - Veeva Safety and Regulatory expertise is a plus.A drive to understand business needs and apply technical solutions that create business value.Analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindset.Strong understanding of GxP, validation processes, and ITIL4 practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams.Veeva Platform Administrator certification is a plus - if not we’ll offer it.Familiarity with GAMP5, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.Fluent English communication skills.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
