Shape Business Workflows as a Uniflow Configuration SpecialistŁódź-based with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).As a Uniflow Configuration Specialist you will be working for our client, one of the leading leasing and finance companies in Poland. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and configuring business processes on the BPMS platform (UniFlow) as well as implementing print coding solutions in XSLT and XML. This role involves close collaboration with business and IT teams to enhance automation, ensure process efficiency, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with SDLC standards. You will play a key role in digital process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Your main responsibilities:Design and configure business processes on the BPMS platform (UniFlow)Develop and maintain print templates using XSLT and XMLOptimize and automate existing business workflowsCollaborate with analysts and developers to implement process improvementsCreate and maintain technical documentationAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsTest and validate process configurations to ensure compliance with SDLCSupport end users and resolve process-related issuesWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver project goalsContinuously improve processes and suggest innovative solutionsYou're ideal for this role if you have:At least 3 years of experience in a similar positionKnowledge of at least one programming languagePractical experience with BPMS platforms such as Ferryt, Camunda, or similarStrong understanding of BPMN and UML notationsHands-on experience with HTML and CSSAnalytical and logical thinking skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience with XML, XSLT, and SQLProficiency in English enabling communicationCreativity, commitment, and a proactive attitudeNice to have:Knowledge of UI/UX, Design ThinkingKnowledge of SCRUMKnowledge of SPLUNK, JIRAKnowledge of banking products (accounts, loans for individuals and companies)Experience in designing and implementing business processes in BPM platformsKnowledge of BPM system architectureReadiness for continuous learning and skills improvementOrientation toward teamwork and achieving shared goalsWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
