You’ll analyze complex business requirements, craft effective functional solutions, and drive seamless integration across multiple payment channels. This role offers a unique chance to shape innovative financial solutions within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, fostering professional growth and impactful digital transformation.Your main responsibilities:Analyzing business requirements and defining effective functional solutionsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignmentSupporting the design and optimization of end-to-end payment architectureTranslating complex payment processes into actionable user storiesParticipating in all phases of the project lifecycleUsing collaboration tools like Confluence and Jira to manage workApplying Agile methodologies to deliver iterative solutionsEnsuring high-quality deliverables through detailed analysis and validationCommunicating effectively with technical and business stakeholdersMonitoring and documenting key project metrics and progressYou're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum 5 years of experience in payments and payment systems, including SEPASolid knowledge of ISO 20022 message formatsProven experience within Payments IT, Core Banking, or corporate channelsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience translating business requirements into functional solutionsUnderstanding of project lifecycle activitiesFamiliarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JiraBusiness-oriented mindset with a technical backgroundExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsIt is a strong plus if you have:Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or KanbanRole-relevant certifications such as CBAP or IQBBAKnowledge of SQL for database queryingWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
