ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
  • sprawdzanie i przetwarzanie faktur od dostawców, zapewnienie terminowych płatności zgodnie z umowami
  • generowanie i wysyłanie faktur do klientów, śledzenie płatności i monitorowanie zaległych rachunków
  • rejestrowanie transakcji finansowych w księdze głównej, łącznie z zapisami księgowymi, rozliczeniami, korektami
  • uzgadnianie wyciągów bankowych i innych rachunków
  • wsparcie procesów budżetowania poprzez zestawianie danych finansowych, analizę odchyleń i pomoc w opracowywaniu prognoz finansowych
  • dostarczanie dokumentów dla audytów, współpraca z audytorami
  • wskazywanie potencjalnych usprawnień

WYMAGANIA:
  • minimum 5 letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku księgowym w międzynarodowym środowisku (najchętniej SSC/BPO)
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego (poziom C1) oraz angielskiego (B2)
  • duża dbałość o szczegóły, analityczne podejście do tematów księgowych
  • umiejętność samodzielnej pracy przy minimalnym nadzorze
  • bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office oraz SAP (moduły SD/FI)
  • bardzo dobre umiejętności organizacyjne
  • wykształcenie wyższe związane z finansami / rachunkowością
