IT Associate Business Manager – Workforce Strategy and Data Analysis

Join us, and shape the future of workforce strategyKraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).As an IT Associate Business Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global banking organization driving workforce transformation and operational excellence across its technology and business teams. You will be contributing to workforce strategy initiatives, ensuring resource alignment, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. By collaborating closely with internal teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders, you will help execute operational plans, optimize workforce efficiency, and deliver high-quality reporting that informs senior management decisions while supporting the client’s strategic objectives.Your main responsibilities:Supporting workforce strategy initiatives and driving adoption across teamsExecuting workforce plans and ensuring resource demand is metManaging vendor relationships and delivering against vendor requirementsCollecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data setsGenerating accurate and insightful reports to inform business decisionsDeveloping clear presentations to communicate data insights and recommendationsEngaging with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectivesMaintaining data accuracy and quality across systems and toolsDriving operational compliance across workforce processes and HR timetablesCollaborating with regional teams to support local initiativesYou're ideal for this role if you have:Proven experience in workforce planning or business managementStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsAdvanced Excel skills and data management proficiencyExcellent communication and presentation skills in EnglishAbility to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectivelyAttention to detail with high standards for data accuracyExperience managing vendor relationships and operational executionStrong organizational and project management skillsKnowledge of workforce systems (e.g., Pioneer, Fieldglass, Clarity, MyTRM)Interest and enthusiasm for reporting and data-driven decision-makingIt is a strong plus if you have:Previous experience in banking or financial services technology teamsExposure to workforce transformation or HR initiativesExperience working in a regional or global operational contextWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in various, innovative, and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
