Position: Technology Specialist II, Customer Experience (Arabic speaker)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform and related solutions
  • Design and document requirements, scope projects, and solve technical challenges
  • Communicate solutions effectively to clients and lead implementation projects to success
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and emerging technologies

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in SaaS/Technology/Consulting
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience in delivering technical solutions that drive business value
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
