W związku z rozwojem Działu Diabetologicznego poszukujemy Edukatora/Edukatorki Diabetologicznej na terenie Polski Południowej

Edukator/ka Diabetologiczna Abbott (region - Polska Południowa)

  • Głownym celem stanowiska są działania edukacyjne dotyczące produktów firmy Abbott dedykowane pacjentom z cukrzycą oraz ich rodzinom i innym osobom zainteresowanym tematyką cukrzycy w ramach podległego terytorium (preferowane miejsca zamieszkania to Wrocław, Katowice lub Kraków)
  • Stanowisko to odgrywa kluczową rolę w poprawie wyników leczenia pacjentów, promowaniu świadomości zdrowotnej i poprawie ogólnego doświadczenia pacjentów z produktami firmy Abbott.

Główne obowiązki

  • Prowadzenie programów edukacyjnych dla pacjentów z cukrzycą
  • Współpraca z pracownikami służby zdrowia, w tym lekarzami, pielęgniarkami, aby zapewnić, że materiały edukacyjne zawierają dokładne i aktualne informacje odpowiadające na potrzeby
  • Uczestnictwo w tworzeniu angażujących i dostępnych materiałów edukacyjnych, takich jak broszury, filmy, infografiki i zasoby internetowe, przeznaczone dla różnych grup pacjentów – ścisła współpraca z zespołem marketingu
  • Prowadzenie szkoleń dla pacjentów i ich rodzin
  • Regularne spotkania edukacyjne z pacjentami w centrach edukacyjnych operatora logistycznego
  • Działanie jako źródło informacji dla pacjentów i ich rodzin, odpowiadając na ich pytania, wątpliwości i zapewniając dodatkowe wsparcie w razie potrzeby
  • Współpraca z organizacjami pacjenckimi, fundacjami i grupami wsparcia w celu rozszerzenia edukacji pacjentów
  • Działania edukacyjne w lokalnych izbach lekarskich i pielęgniarskich
  • Aktywne uczestnictwo w lokalnych aktywnościach zespołu Sprzedaży oraz Market Access
  • Śledzenie trendów i najlepszych praktyk w zakresie metodologii edukacji pacjentów i włączanie innowacyjnego podejścia w opracowywanie programów.
  • Prowadzenie wszystkich działań zgodnie z wymaganiami systemu jakości

Wymagane doświadczenie i umiejętności

  • Stopień magistra w dziedzinie związanej z opieką zdrowotną, edukacją lub w pokrewnej dyscyplinie.
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w opracowywaniu i wdrażaniu programów edukacyjnych dla pacjentów w branży medycznej, min 2 lata
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, zarówno pisemne, jak i ustne, z możliwością przekazywania złożonych informacji medycznych w jasny i zrozumiały sposób.
  • Empatia i silne umiejętności interpersonalne w celu nawiązania kontaktu z pacjentami, rodzinami i pracownikami służby zdrowia.
  • Umiejętność dostosowania treści edukacyjnych do różnych stylów uczenia się
  • Biegłość w posługiwaniu się narzędziami multimedialnymi i oprogramowaniem do tworzenia angażujących materiałów edukacyjnych.
  • Silne umiejętności organizacyjne i zarządzania projektami, z umiejętnością ustalania priorytetów zadań i dotrzymywania terminów.
  • Wykazane zaangażowanie w ciągłe uczenie się i rozwój zawodowy.
  • Umiejętność współpracy w zespole
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w dobrym
  • Gotowość do częstych podróży i trybu pracy zadaniowego - również część weekendów
