Job Summary

As the Business Process Expert specializing in Analytics and Master Data, you will be a pivotal member of the business transformation team, focusing on process optimization, automation, and digitalization. Your role will involve standardizing and enhancing business processes related to data and analytics, identifying areas for improvement, and driving cross-regional changes as part of our ERP implementation. This position requires strong analytical and process-driven thinking, along with expertise in AI and mathematical competencies to address business challenges.

What you will be responsible for

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance analytics methodologies and processes for more efficient insights and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with global MDM (Master Data Management) and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Implementing data quality controls and validation processes to maintain high-quality data for accurate analytics.
  • Contributing to the development of data governance policies and standards for responsible data management.
  • Serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating data concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Leading data and analytics projects to ensure successful implementation with accurate data.
  • Collaborating with Operations and other teams to define KPIs and PowerBI reports for tracking business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Proficient in Advanced English.
  • Previous experience in Operations is required.
  • Planning experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Master Data & Data Management is a strong plus.
  • Experience in data processing from ERP systems like JD Edwards is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good business acumen and negotiation abilities.
