Job Overview:

The HR Officer plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations in alignment with IRC policies and practices. Collaboration with the HR team is essential to deliver top-notch services supporting program activities in Poland. If you're passionate about making a positive impact, improving workplace environments, and contributing to IRC's mission, this opportunity is for you.

  • Running HR administrative tasks
  • Preparing employee contracts
  • Ensuring personnel administration documentation
  • Compiling HR reports and analysis
  • Managing monthly payroll
  • Coordinating with payroll vendor
  • Administering Workday platform
  • Supporting recruitment activities
  • Assisting with employee inquiries
  • Collaborating with Finance and external vendors
  • Undertaking other assigned activities

Qualifications:
  • Education Degree or HR professional certificate
  • Relevant experience in human resources and personnel administration
  • Experience in personnel admin processes and payroll
  • Preference for familiarity with Workday
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Knowledge of Polish Labor Law and data regulations
  • Team player with cross-cultural adaptability
  • Ability to create inclusive environments
  • Strong digital skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Legally eligible to work in Poland
