Do podstawowego zakresu Twoich obowiązków będzie należeć:

  • Bezpośrednia odpowiedzialność za realizację planu sprzedaży na powierzonym terenie,
  • Negocjowanie umów handlowych z lokalnymi sieciami detalicznymi,
  • Odpowiedzialność za wyniki dystrybutorów oraz współpracę z ich siłami sprzedaży,
  • Przeprowadzanie szkoleń dla sił sprzedaży dystrybutorów,
  • Współpraca z pozostałymi działami firmy,
  • Zarządzanie powierzonym mieniem (budżety, narzędzia pracy).

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • doświadczenie na stanowisku Kierownika Regionalnego lub Przedstawiciel Handlowego w branży FMCG w obszarze kanału tradycyjnego (TT) – wymóg konieczny,
  • umiejętności sprzedażowe, negocjacyjne i prezentacyjne,
  • ponadprzeciętne zdolności interpersonalne
  • umiejętności planowania i analizy,
  • znajomość lokalnego rynku : dystrybutorów, nowoczesnego i detalicznego,
  • doskonała organizacja pracy,
  • duża samodzielność,
  • gotowość do podróży służbowych,
  • dyspozycyjność, determinacja i skuteczność w realizacji wyznaczanych celów,
  • prawo jazdy kategorii B,
  • dobra znajomość obsługi pakietu MS Office,
