Job Description

Our Technical Account Managers (TAM) play a crucial role in partnering with customers to drive innovation and transformation, ultimately enhancing their customer experience (CX). They collaborate with various teams within the client's organization to provide guidance on implementation methodologies and offer solutions to challenges. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, our TAMs work closely with Zendesk teams to deeply understand how our clients utilize our product to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with internal and external CX teams for seamless collaboration
  • Document customer's CX ecosystem and provide consultation on Zendesk product capabilities
  • Lead the adoption and expansion of solutions for enterprise clients
  • Conduct operational reviews and ensure quick resolution of critical issues
  • Advocate for customer needs with product teams and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of technical experience in customer environments, with a focus on Enterprise settings
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational success
  • Expertise in service management, operational support, and business development
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and understanding complex system interactions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of SaaS implementations, API use cases, and logic-based workflows
  • Proven track record of finding innovative solutions and deep industry understanding
